Terms of use
What you agree to by using this site, and what it agrees to in return.
Scope
These terms cover the use of this site: browsing, converting pictures in the studio, publishing models, and buying or selling them.
Terms can change. A change applies from the moment it is published, and using the site afterwards is how it is accepted. A change that affects an order already placed does not apply to that order.
Your account
An account is personal. You are responsible for what happens under it and for the accuracy of what you put in it.
Sign-in is by email or through a connected provider. Keep access to whichever you used; the site cannot tell an intruder from you if they hold the same credentials.
You can close your account from Settings, and it happens at once. Your name, address, handle, password and sessions go; so do your follows, collections, prints and listings nobody bought. Listings somebody paid for are taken off sale and their buyers keep their files. Orders, receipts and payouts stay, because the law and the other party need them. Your comments stay under no name — delete any you want gone first.
What you publish
What you upload stays yours. Publishing grants this site the permission it needs to store your files, show your pictures, and offer your listing — nothing wider.
Every listing carries a license you choose, and that license — not this document — is what tells other people what they may do with your model.
A remix must be compatible with the license of what it was made from. The site refuses an incompatible one when it is created rather than after somebody complains.
Do not publish what you do not have the right to publish, what is unlawful, or what is designed to cause harm. Uploaded files are inspected before they are offered for download.
Selling and being paid
A priced listing is an offer you are making. The files have to be the ones the listing describes, and they have to be yours to sell.
The platform keeps a commission, shown before the sale completes. The rest is yours.
Payouts need a Stripe account in your name. Until one exists the amount is recorded as owed to you; it is not forfeited.
A refunded order reverses its payout. Digital files cannot be returned, so refunds are for orders that were not delivered as described.
Moderation
Models, comments and photographs of prints can be reported. Reports are worked through by moderators, not acted on automatically.
A moderator can take a listing down. That is recorded separately from an author withdrawing their own work, so republishing does not undo it.
A decision can be reconsidered by a moderator. Which action was taken, and by whom, is recorded.
Limits
Printing is physical. Nothing here promises that a model will print successfully, fit anything, or be safe for a particular use — that depends on your printer, your material and your settings.
The site is offered as it is. Parts of it degrade rather than stop when a dependency is unavailable, but no uptime is guaranteed.
Which law governs these terms, and where a dispute is heard, depend on the operator named above. Where no operator is configured, this document is a template and settles nothing.
